The group is responsible for:
• Bringing into production, deploying and operating trading models
• Researching, collecting, evaluating, aligning and maintaining model input data from numerous sources. Data integrity is essential.
• Evaluating model output

The model operations group interfaces very closely with the Programming and Trading Operations Group to deploy model output to real-time trading tools.

The individual will be responsible for:
• Managing data analysts and programmers
• Designing systems, databases and data flows
• Identifying, writing, testing and auditing operational procedures and control processes
• Preparing analytical reports
• Initiating, managing and negotiating vendor relationships

Key requirements include:
• Expertise with MS Office suite including VBA and SQL; strong technical ability with systems, database design and data flows
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent organization skills with great attention to detail
• Good judgment
• Good communications skills
• Background in business, finance, math or related field, with a solid understanding of financial statements and financial concepts
• Relevant work experience
